Director post advertised for risk institute in Singapore

The National University of Singapore (NUS) seeks to hire a world-renowned scholar or industry expert in a relevant field to be the Founding Director of the Lloyd’s Register Foundation Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk.

The Lloyd’s Register Foundation Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk is a new institution centred at the NUS. The Institute will be the first of its kind in Asia and aspires to become a world leading centre of excellence that will inspire the public understanding of risk in Asia and globally. The post of Director is an endowed position newly-established by the Foundation in conjunction with NUS.

Applicants should have proven experience and a strong track record in running similar-sized international, multidisciplinary programmes on the scale intended for the Institute.
