Foundation-sponsored students display work at NSIRC conference.

The National Structural Integrity Research Centre (NSIRC) held its first annual conference on 23 June 2015. The conference gave NSIRC students their first opportunity to present their work in way of presentations or posters. Two Foundation-sponsored students, Laura Vivar and Galatee Levadoux, displayed posters at the event. The conference highlighted the high standard of NSIRC students and research that they are conducting.

NSIRC is the vehicle through which the Structural Integrity Research Foundation (SIRF) conducts research into structural integrity and systems performance. The Founder Sponsors of SIRF are BP, TWI and the Foundation. The Foundation will sponsor in excess of 83 PhDs over the next 10 years.
